We operate by appointment only. We also allow our clients the opportunity to book advance appointments for the entire year. With three locations and 14 chairs, we have plenty of flexible options for our clients. If we have the ability to get you in, trust us, we'd love to have you!

Yes! Many of our clients have appointments booked through the year. We allow our trusted clientele to book in advance to avoid the hassle of scheduling week to week.

We send out text reminders 48 hours in advance of your appointment. You have the option to cancel immediately or confirm. We also call those appointments that haven't been responded to. If you confirm your appointment but fail to come you may be asked to pay for the appointment. We do understand that emergencies come up and we're all humans, but we do our best to be respectful of your time and hope that sentiment is reciprocated.

In most cases, we book a scheduled time for a beard trim. This allows us to give your beard the full attention it most likely needs and deserves. Please request this service in addition to your haircut.

We do! Due to the nature of most wedding parties, we require a non-refundable deposit (50% of total services requested) in advance of the appointment. We typically suggest 8 weeks notice for booking. You may cancel your appointments up to 2 weeks ahead of your appointment to be released from the remaining 50% payment. If you or your wedding party cancels with less than 2 weeks notice, full payment is required on the day of, even if one of the appointments is still asleep in his hotel.
