Do you take walk-ins?

We have integrated a system to have a barber at both locations doing same day appointments. How does it work? Call or stop by in the morning to secure a slot for the day. If you walk in and the barber hasn't been booked, they will take you then! So the answer to the original question would be "maybe," but we believe we've derived the best solution for us and you!

 

Can I set up a reoccurring appointment?

Yes! Many of our clients have appointments booked through the year. We allow our trusted clientele to book in advance to avoid the hassle of scheduling week to week.

 

What is your cancellation policy ?

We send out text reminders 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You have the option to cancel immediately or confirm. We also call those appointments that haven't been responded to. If you confirm your appointment but fail to come you may be asked to pay for the appointment. We do understand that emergencies come up and we're all humans, but we do our best to be respectful of your time and hope that sentiment is reciprocated.

 

Do you sell gift certificates?

Can I add a beard trim service to my scheduled haircut?

In most cases, we book a scheduled time for a beard trim. This allows us to give your beard the full attention it most likely needs and deserves. Please request this service in addition to your haircut.

 

Do you book for wedding parties?

We do! Due to the nature of most wedding parties, we require a non-refundable deposit (50% of total services requested) in advance of the appointment. We typically suggest 8 weeks notice for booking. You may cancel your appointments up to 2 weeks ahead of your appointment to be released from the remaining 50% payment. If you or your wedding party cancels with less than 2 weeks notice, full payment is required on the day of, even if one of the appointments is still asleep in his hotel.
